Each free-standing facility in Winery Row Paso provides the winemaker with a "turn-key" solution, so he can crush his own fruit, and process his own wine -- on his own schedule! Each facility also features a barrel storage room that can handle up to two harvests, and a tasting room where tourists can buy wine.

Each winery comes fully plumbed, with ample drainage and ample power. The winemaker simply moves his equipment into the facility, and he's in business.

If additional equipment is needed (ie stainless steel tanks, presses and crusher/destemmers) a separate equipment lease can be created.
