The Winery Row Concept

Find a great property near town. Make sure it is close to the main highway 46 wine trail and other well visited wineries. Plant a vineyard on excellent Paso Robles soils and have plenty of surrounding land to include an event center, hotel, RV park and restaurants.

Now layout 14 individual wineries, with their own processing, barrel storage and tasting rooms, and offer them for sale or lease to growing wineries looking to consolidate their operations. This is Winery Row Paso!
